UA Board of Regents to meet November 11-12
The University of èƵ Board of Regents will hold a full board meeting Nov. 11-12 during which regents will discuss the FY23 operating and capital budget requests, tuition proposals for Academic Year 2023 and the èƵ’s compensation philosophy. The board also will receive an update on the èƵ’s goals and measures and approve a five-year strategic plan for the èƵ Native Success Initiative.
In honor of Veteran’s Day, regents will be provided an in-depth look into the services and support provided to student veterans and active military students and dependents across UAA, UAF and UAS. The “Did You Know” presentation will reflect on the long history the U.S. Military has had in èƵ and the many ways in which the èƵ and the military partner today.
Other updates on the agenda include the FY22 Compact Report, Title IX, Government Relations, an update on the public awareness campaign, as well as chancellor and governance reports.
